The people of New Orleans are still there. Many people stayed through the storm, and many have returned. Even though they may not have a home, their hearts are still in New Orleans.
Shops are still open, and many more continue to open weekly. Store owners are putting everything they have into reviving their economy.
A future for the people, is still in New Orleans.
